Animal patterns that turn your sofa into a statement piece
Details
TERRA is a bold upholstery knit with a graphic cow-hide pattern. Up close it reads as an animal print, from a few steps away it turns into an organic, almost abstract drawing – perfect for turning a sofa into a statement piece. With a weight of 360 g/m², it offers very good snag resistance, withstands 50,000 Martindale cycles, scores 4 in the pilling test and meets the cigarette ignition test, so it is ready for everyday use.

FAQ
What makes TERRA, LINEA and FERA fabrics unique?
Each one carries a bold, animal-inspired pattern: TERRA a cow-hide motif, LINEA zebra stripes and FERA a leopard print. They are made to turn a sofa into the statement piece of the room.
Are these fabrics soft to the touch?
Yes. LINEA and FERA are made with chenille yarn, which gives them a soft, substantial feel. TERRA is a soft upholstery knit.
Are these fabrics suitable for everyday use?
Yes. TERRA withstands 50,000 Martindale cycles, while LINEA and FERA withstand 35,000. All three score 4 in the pilling test.
Which fabric works best in a home with pets?
TERRA offers very good snag resistance, which makes it the most resistant of the three to claws catching on the fabric.
Is the pattern printed on the fabric?
LINEA and FERA are jacquards, so the pattern is woven into the fabric rather than printed on its surface. This gives the design depth and helps it keep its look over time. TERRA is an upholstery knit with a graphic cow-hide pattern.
How should I clean and care for the fabric?
Regular care: We recommend gently brushing the fabric with a soft-bristle brush to remove dust and maintain its appearance.
Gentle cleaning: For everyday care, wipe the entire surface evenly with a slightly damp cotton cloth to avoid water marks or shade differences.
Act quickly on stains: In case of spills, gently place a paper towel or dry cloth on the surface to absorb excess moisture. Avoid rubbing the stain into the fabric.
Removable covers: Our products feature removable covers, making them easier to keep clean and refresh when needed. We recommend hand washing only to help preserve the fabric’s structure and appearance.
Use mild products only: We do not recommend using vacuum cleaners or strong detergents, as they may damage the fabric structure.
Dry naturally: After cleaning, allow the fabric to dry naturally at room temperature. Avoid intensive heating or hot air drying.
Can I combine an animal print with plain fabrics?
Absolutely. Animal prints look especially striking next to calm, plain textures – they add character to a neutral space without overwhelming it.
Does the fabric look different depending on the lighting?
Yes. Colours and pattern contrast may look slightly different depending on light and viewing angle, which is why we recommend ordering samples.
Can I order fabric samples before purchasing?
Yes. Ordering samples is the best way to see the colour, pattern and texture in your own interior before making a final decision.
What interior styles do these fabrics suit best?
They work beautifully in modern, eclectic, retro and maximalist interiors. They are also a great way to add character to a calm, neutral space.
