Shipping policy
1. General Information
This Shipping Policy sets out the rules for processing and delivering orders placed in the online store seesofa.com.
The seller is Pillovely.com Sp. z o.o., ul. Kościelna 17a, 34-123 Chocznia, Poland.
The store ships orders within Poland and, if offered, to selected European Union countries.
2. Order Processing Time
Order processing begins after:

the payment has been credited (bank transfer, PayPal, Przelewy24), or

successful verification of customer details in the case of cash-on-delivery payments.
The standard processing time is provided:

on the product page,

in the shopping cart,

during the checkout process.
If a product is unavailable or delays occur for reasons beyond the Seller’s control, the Customer will be promptly informed by email or phone.
In the event of delays, the Customer may:

accept the new delivery date, or
-
withdraw from the contract and receive a refund.
3. Delivery Methods and Shipping Costs
The store offers delivery via:

personal pickup (upon prior arrangement).
The current delivery price list is available on the Store’s website and during the order process.
Shipping costs depend on:

the chosen delivery method,

the order value,
-
the destination country (for international shipments).
4. Delivery Location and Method
Goods are delivered to the address provided by the Customer in the order.
Couriers usually make one or two delivery attempts.
If delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel may be redirected to a pickup point or returned to the sender.
If the shipment is returned to the Seller due to incorrect address details or failure to collect the parcel:

the Customer may request reshipment after paying the additional delivery costs,

the Seller may refund the product price, reduced by the cost of shipping and return, if the Customer chooses not to have the order resent.
5. Checking the Condition of the Shipment
The Customer should check the condition of the shipment in the presence of the courier.
If the packaging is:

damaged,
-
opened,
-
or shows visible signs of tampering,
a damage report should be completed with the courier.
A damage report significantly speeds up the complaint process with the courier company.
Damage should be reported to the Seller at hello@seesofa.com with the note “damage during transport”.
6. Personal Pickup
Personal pickup is possible only after arranging a date in advance.

7. International Deliveries
The store ships to selected EU countries.
The cost of international delivery is determined individually or shown during checkout when selecting the delivery country.
